Match my labels with my scoring field

Hello,

My problem: I would like to optimize/compress my workflows. 

I have scored my deals (it is a field as same as name or email), and I want to add labels according to each score (1 to 9). I already created workflows on pipedrive (which works), but I need 18 of them to have it done (too much). 

I would like to know if it is possible to have only one or two entries (for deal scoring creation and deal scoring update) ? Even if it's only possible with the use of an external app.

As everytime I change create or update a deal, I want the right label to match the right attached scoring.
