Question about finding hot leads:

If you have a large number of leads, how do you find the hottest leads to reach out to?


For context, we're exploring this area with Outfunnel and doing some initial research at the moment.

    1. New inbound enquiries are by default 'hot'.
    2. For existing deals/leads using their website activity.

    Just noticed the reply :) Good insight!

    1. Fully agreed. What if you have someone on your newsletter list/webinars and you'd like to understand who are the hottest leads to reach out to from that list?
    2. Are there specific pages that you look at that are more important than others and if so how do you know that they are more important?

    1. You can use Outfunnel to see how they engage with your newsletters. Based on that, Outfunnel can create lead scores that you can use in Pipedrive to prioritize.
    2. For a Shopify store, it is easier with a tool like Klaviyo. Depends on where your website is hosted, and which pages are identified as important.
