Automatic Email Reminders

Every sales person loses an incredible amount of time by sending email reminders. It would be great if the system can send an automatic reminder after X days with a standard text at the top. It is actually a kind of workflow. 

If the person emailed has not replied after X days, send email template 1 with the original email send again. 

If the person emailed has not replied after X + Y days, send email template 2 with the original email send again. 

This would safe an enormous amount of work.
