Complete newbee with pipedrive: Is there any option to record the CUSTOMERS impact of a won deal? I.e. if we assist at customer to improve THEIR business what were the impact then?Could be a tick-box or similar

    Hi Claus,

    That's an interesting concept and I don't think I've seen it brought up before. There's of course nothing stopping you from creating a Field to record this impact, but how exactly would you plan to measure this impact?

    Perhaps you could explain out more what you have in mind?
