We're updating both the iOS and Android mobile apps to include this feature, which has been a popular request :)

 

What?

  • Manage leads from the mobile app
  • Convert leads to deals
  • Use multiple filters to find the right leads
  • Search for specific leads in your mobile Leads Inbox
  • Archive and unarchive leads directly from your Pipedrive app

 

For whom?

All users and companies

 

When?
Gradual release starting July 11, 2022

    I'm going to buy a lottery ticket because I never thought this would happen. :)

    Seriously though. Long time user, by far the best CRM, You guys have been rolling out the new functionality like crazy and it's been great to grow and learn with software as it mature's but this is one I've really needed on the app.

    It says gradual release. I had to manually update my ios app and it showed up right away.

    Will we be able to tell a lead is already created when going to the Contact Record? This also applies for the Desktop/Web version. Without this, we keep seeing duplicates being made.

    Hi Joseph, we are currently working on adding this to the Web version, it will be available quite soon - let's say within a few weeks. :)

    Thank goodness!! It was brutal not having on the app! 

    But I agree with Andre VII - App definitely needs some UI upgrades. I find it so interesting that your Web UI is amazing. Flexible and packed with a ton of features. But the app falls so so flat. Functionality is so minimal. I know I don't need everything but view options are one of the things that set you apart! Even with the leads I can't sort by fields valuable to me. Filters are fine but just so much added work. Deals are the same! And for many of us, the deal isn't really closed once marked one. I still have more steps and unless I 100% remember the name I am at loss in the app.

    The Mobile app needs some serious love. Can you guys just focus more on mobile for a while? It's really lagging behind 🙏
