Automation to move deal to next stage after email send
I'm looking to make an automation that would make the deals move forward in the pipeline when we send an email to the person linked to the deal, is that possible? Workflow would look like this:
1. We send an email to person A linked to the deal (automated or manually sent email)
2. Deal moves in pipeline from stage B to C
Can this be done? Didn't find a possibility to make email send a trigger and wondering if there was some way of making this happen without having to manually update the deals.

Not unless you want to trigger sending an email and updating the deal stage using an activity completed trigger.

Hi @Fanny there are a few ways to tackle this, depending on your requirements. You could use the "email count" in the condition section of the automation. This of course works best when it´s always the first email that the deal contact person receives.
