    Is there any plan to do A / B testing?
    And how about audience segmentation?

    ANSWER
    The new feature to add Campaigns reports to Insights will help users to compare different campaigns they've sent. However a dedicated A/B testing functionality is being considered for 2023 roadmap

    Does the subscriber list refresh every month?

    ANSWER
    The amount of subscribers is tracked in real time. As soon as you reach the subscriber limit, the system will invite you to upgrade your plan, whether you're subscription is monthly or annual.

    QUESTION
    I have made a workflow automation trigger which triggers an email when a customer is in a certain stage. Can we somehow have a sync between workflow and campaigns as I want to use HTML coded emails?

    where you will be able to trigger Campaigns to customers

    If you work on lead is very difficult to made a easy selection of people to send campaigns. Is not possibile select people to write, only build large filterIt's possible to create a customer filter when

    I tried to use campaigns to update my current clients on our production line 30-60 people at a time and was denied as they didn't opt in. However I can do the same via group emailing so why can't I use this feature for the same reason?With Group emailing you are using your own email provider 
    (as if you'd send out a BCC email from your gmail account). 
    However, once you need to send larger mass emails, 
    you couldn't use the same email provider for that, 
    since the tool is not built for it. Then you'd need an 
    email marketing tool like Campaigns, with the infrastructure 
    to support mass emails. To ensure that emails have 
    good delivery and don't fall into spam folders, 
    we have to take care of it with good email traffic. 
    That's the reason we only allow to use 
    opt-in contacts, because otherwise it would be spamming.
    Previously many years ago, we have collected concent/opt-in for GDPR purposes with another email marketing platform. Is there a way to transfer this consent to Pipedrive Campaigns? Do we need to re-collect this opt in?No need to re-collect the opt-in, if you already 
    collected it before. You can easily map your 
    list fields following the steps in this video.

     
    Can the email Subject line and Mailto: tags include merge data?We are working on this and should be possible by end of July 
    Do you need to convert cut/paste text to plain text first?No need. You can also customize the formatting of your text with the text editor when working on your template.

How we can dodge the spam filter?Campaigns is not meant for cold emailing, only with opt-in contacts.     Any Text messaging solutions on the horizon?While in Campaigns we do not have it at the moment, other solutions like our Leads app has such connection with Whats APP and FB Messenger 
    Your trail version only allows for 500 contacts. I feel that this is not very useful as we will not be able to send a full proper trail campaign to all our contacts. Is it a possibility to make the number of contacts higher for the trail?You can request that from our support and if you filled the verification form, it can be possible to expand the number of subscribers you can target during trial period 
    When importing new contacts will there be merge options to filter more than just name and email? For example, organizations that are listed with the email?You may already use all the Person merge fields in campaigns for personalisation (such as the organisation name). As for filtering, any custom fields may be used.

    when will you be able to filter by contact owner and lost deal reason please?You may do that already. Any Contact filters can be used. Just make sure that the contact has Marketing status subscribed, if you want to send a campaign to them.
    Pipedrive acquires Mailigen 2+ years ago...takes 2+ years to basically deliver mailchimp...

    The length of time that took us to launch the product was majorly on its infrastructure, making sure we have the right tools to give our customers the best delivery rates. However, when it comes to adding features and functionalities we are scaling much faster.

    our problem is that we work on lead or organisation but Pipe campaigns work on people and we can't see with Organisation or Lead that we want insert in a Campaign. If I want to see who has receive a campaign I have to enter on all single people.We are looking into adjusting that, to allow you to target Organisations as well.
