  • Do you make sales calls on the go?
  • Do you find it a tad difficult to make sure that all the necessary information about your contacts is updated?
  • Do you sometimes find yourself lost in the contacts, even though you have some systems in place?

    Hi .. The 1 major major thing missing for us is the ability to update Leads on the PipeDrive App. You can only update Deals currently. If you fix that then all our sales guys here would have a great time!

    Hi @Stanford Rusike, thank you for sharing! We recently released an update to the Leads functionality, and you should be able to update leads on the Pipedrive app now. If this is not working for you, then please contact our support team and we'll investigate the issue. Thank you!

    Managing your calls based on the customers intent is something that acts as an attribute to you getting closer in sealing the deal. 

    Well, logging certain info on every call to action helps you in marking the intent. 

    This helps you get a clear picture of what the prospect / customer wants. There are certain sales engagement platforms that help you segregate your contact list based on this info so that you don't get lost. 

     

    Klenty is something I would vouch for in this use case.

    Hi Helena, Thanks for your reply, Just wondering if their is any possibility to call and log without using the application because at this moment i am using my phone while driving..

    @Roan Graas, at this moment we have call summary screen that pops up after the call, but you'd need to add some details there (e.g. information on which activity/deal this call was related to) to get the call logged. I understand that in some instances (e.g. when making a call while driving) you'd want to automatically log / leave a mark in Pipedrive just about the call being made, without any further detail, is that correct?
