Noob question: moving stadium when leads uploaded documents.
Hi all,
I just got started with Pipedrive and am currently building my deal flow. The third step of my deal flow is that leads upload documents. I don't really care where they are uploaded or through what kind of form. I just want the deal stadium to move to the next step once my leads have submitted the documents and stay in the same stadium if they haven't.
What would be the best way to do this?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Stan,
Actually, how do you know if the lead has downloaded a document or not? Where do you find the information?0 -

At the third stadium, I want to send them an email with a form where they upload documents. Once they have uploaded documents, they should be moved to the next step (Automatically). But I gues this should be easy if you just add "Changed activity".

Hello Stan,
The document storage medium is important in my opinion.
I think you could set up a nice automation with Zapier or Make, a bit like this:
- when creating a deal - creating a folder in Google Drive or Dropbox (for example) - folder name Deal ID
- during the creation of the file - sharing of the rights of the file to the contact of the offer
- your prospect can deposit a document in his directory
- when a document is filed in the file then the stage of the offer is modified.
Well, something a bit like that. Well we have to ask ourselves a few moments about this whole workflow but it seems playable.
