Assigning Qualified leads to AE/CSE and having them notified about it.

Hello, I tried to set up the option to assign qualified leads to Account EX or CSE and get them notified about it, but I could not find it. 

And it is urgently needed but not possible. Especially when you have various people working on generating and qualifying Leads like Lead Generation Teams & DDE Teams ,then want to assign the generated qualified leads to AE or CSE and get them notified with leads once assigned. 

Please let us know when this feature is going to be added. Its really affecting our work flow. I even tried adding it through work flow automation ,but it did not work.
