    By purchase behavior (recency, frequency, and monetary values), in addition to sales cycle stage.

    Syncing our backend product data into Intercom works really well - we can see the activity of our customers with our apps - giving us a better idea of who is finding real value and who is not.

    @Bethany Ann George - assuming you mean the colorful labels? For accounts, we use them to classify account type (local, regional, national) but basically any way you want to segment your contacts, accounts or deals could work.
