Hey 👋 Any Reply.io users here? How to keep track in Pipedrive of which prospects have received which campaign (assuming that one prospect can receive several campaigns)?

I'll see if we can bump this question up, by now many new people have joined our community, perhaps there's some who use Reply.io :)

If you're using Mailchimp, Outfunnel does this.

    Hey Adina @Adina Faiman

Klenty is an alternative to Reply that you can use to send emails and automated followups.

And our tight integration with Pipedrive allows you to achieve exactly what you need. You can keep a track of campaigns received by your prospects using Klenty’s Pipedrive App Panel.

With Pipedrive App Panel, all the prospect-related details from Klenty such as tags, lists, campaign related details such as name of the campaign, their status of the cadence, open/clicks and replies (if any), etc can all be seen within Pipedrive CRM.

If you are a Pipedrive user then you should definitely checkout Klenty. You can find us in the Pipedrive marketplace here - https://marketplace.pipedrive.com/app/klenty/4ea6d81e4599a462

    Hope this helps :)

Hey @Adina Faiman  if you have not been able to solve your problem so far, I have good news for you. Outplay has launched App Panels inside Pipedrive, where you can see the entire outreach data of that prospect within Pipedrive. This is what it looks like -

    image
Keeping track of campaigns for a prospect within Pipedrive

The prospect data that you see in the panel -
      - Tags, Sequence

      - Opens, Clicks, Replies

      - Next Step Due, Next Step Schedule, Last Completed Step

      - See more data.

There is a lot more that you can do from the panel itself, I will be happy to tell you in detail.

Check out our app in the marketplace (14 day free trial, no credit card required) - https://marketplace.pipedrive.com/app/outplay/6d1d318eb8e17b9f

By the way, Martin Uriarte (former reply user) wrote this review for us on Pipedrive marketplace -

    Hey @Adina Faiman ,

I recommend you use Klenty - a complete sales engagement platform built specifically for Pipedrive.
You can easily stay updated about your prospects details with a Klenty-app panel in Pipedrive. It looks similar to this.

    Klenty Prospect details

You get to see these whenever you open a Pipedrive contact.
Klenty helps the sales team get the maximum out of Pipedrive. Great integration it has got and also does a job similar to Reply.io. But the only difference between them is,  Klenty is natively connected with Pipedrive which gives you complete access to all automation :)
    Hope this helps :)
