Help!🙋♀️ Looking for a feature in Pipe where I can create a fillable form...like a note but with questions... basically an outline for our client concierge to fill in while she's on the phone with a client that has nothing to do with the details column. Anyone know of a tool or suggestion to accomplishing this?

If I'm not mistaken, it seems you're looking more for a webform/survey to fill out, yes?
In that case, we do have Pipedrive Web Forms or there's also different webform apps on our Marketplace.

This is a very interesting request and I really see value in this usecase. I like to create separate custom fields in Pipedrive if I have to report on them. If I create fileds for these specific questions, it clutters the Details (side pane). I would much rather see answers to these questions in the log section of the deal details, like a pinned note.0
