    I see the following integration points.

    Jira - create/move Jira tickets based on Pipedrive deal reaching a particular stage. And updating the deal when the jira ticket is done.
    Confluence - enrich Pipedrive deal links with deal information and show it on the page. You don't need to go to PD to see the details of a deal. Also, embed reports, link deals.

    Anything else?

    Most upsell opportunities originate from our Jira Customer Portal, so being able to use Jira Automation to create and later update a pipedrive deal would be great (we already keep the Organizations in sync).

    Hi Leo

    Just landed on this post, searching for a Pipedrive / Confluence integration.

    We carry out research during the lead nurture stages, and create a page in Confluence that many people (way beyond the limited number of people with Pipedrive licenses/users) use.

    And later, when a deal/opp is in progress, we may carry out light-touch audits for clients, and save that, again, in Confluence.

    We want to link all of this easily into Pipedrive - either just URL links. But ideally, it would be a bit smarter - possibly even rendering the Confluence page inline?
