    Or do you mean to be able to @-mention someone? That last thing is something we currently have in development :)

    If you mean like "tag everything" would be great! Something I really miss from our other CRM.

    An efficient way to keep track and categorize actions like campaigns, exhibitions, imports, seminars...

    Yes. We definitely need this. I am a commercial real estate and business broker and I use tags to quickly add information to a contact record in the followings ways:


    Buyer, Tenant, Seller, Landlord (label feature will not work for this b/c only label is allowed per record and I have Landlord customers that are also Buyers, Buyers that are also Sellers, Tenants that are Also Buyers, etc.)

    Other ways:

    Property types: pt-office, pt-industrial, pt-land, etc. - tags in this case are better than a customer field because they are transient/temporary - for example a buyers currently in search of PT-industrial or PT-Vacant Land to Build it on
