I have got mail email sync up and running, but still missing the "group email" icon. Any suggestions?

I had the same confusion. it doesnt appear until you click on a contact. Once a single contact checkbox is ticked, Group Email will appear at the top of the Contacts list.

Hi @Ola Ehrstedt ! It's exactly like @Clint Buckland said - the option will show up as soon as you select a contact from your list view. 🙂
