Is your Help Centre built by your team or is a software you use to achieve it? Same goes for the Knowledge base, Academy and community. Are they individual products you created or a piece of software driving it?

    Hi @Michael Enslin 

    For the Help Center we use CraftCMS but it's highly customized. The Knowledge Base runs on Zendesk, Academy is build internally and the Community runs on Tribe.so
    We're looking at options to bring the Knowledge Base and Academy on the same platform as the Help Center though.
