I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the contact sync. People and Organizations that are connected to each other in your external contacts list should also show up as connected when synced into Pipedrive and vice-versa. Learn more about this feature here.
I've done some adjustments to your account from our end and I'd like you to clear the cache and cookies in your browser and check again, please.
