@Christoph Suwelack - Yes as @Marcelo Silva stated - simply go to the deal list view - apply a filter for deals in that pipeline that are in an "open" status (assuming that's what you want) - and then bulk - edit the "stage" column to select which stage in which pipeline you'd like to transfer your deals to.
