    Hiya,

Is there any update on this? It seems quite a simple option to implement that pretty much every platform offers.

    Thanks

Any update on this? As others have said, it should be a very quick and simple feature to add.

Any update on this? A dropdown list field should be basic functionality for a web form.

+1 for this feature. Especially when used as an embedded form, radio buttons push down the length of the form where a select input would help preserve some space.

Any news on this? I'm eager to see this functionality added to Pipedrive Webforms, as it's a standard feature in many other form builders.

    Hello everyone!

First off, thank you so much for your feedback and enthusiasm around using dropdown fields in Pipedrive Web Forms — we really appreciate it!

The good news is that it is possible to use dropdown fields, but there’s a small catch. Right now, dropdowns are only supported for single and multiple-option custom fields. On top of that, the dropdown will only appear if the field has 5 or more options. I totally get that this isn’t ideal, but it’s a helpful workaround that lets you use dropdown functionality for now.

This is already on our radar through the feedback section, but I’ve also passed your input along to our Product team to make sure it’s heard!

Let me know if there’s anything else I can help with 😊
