You asked for it, now itâs finally here. Weâre excited to introduce our new Mailchimp Integration, allowing you to automate your processes and boost email engagement.
What can I do with it?
- Say goodbye to time-consuming manual sync: Auto-sync all your contacts and other relevant data from within your CRM
- Maximise campaign impact with segmentation: Use filters to easily create multiple user segments from your contact data to target the right audience
- Use customization to match campaign needs: Create custom Mailchimp fields and match them to Pipedrive for repetitive use (eg. birthday)

At the moment two-way sync is not planned in our roadmap.
We launched functionality to cover the most essential needs first and would love to hear đŹ feedback from our customers to see the interest and understand the ratio between different needs to be covered in the future to evaluate, prioritize and plan or offer alternative solutions.
At the moment, this need can be covered by an integrational platform (eg.Zapier) or if you are interested into more complex integration you can choose Outfunnel. Both are from our Marketplace đ

In addition to Zapier, you can easily implement a two-way sync tailored for your needs with Make.
Make is a highly visual no-code workflow automation solution with pre-built connectors for over 1,500 different SaaS solutions, including Pipedrive and Mailchimp.
Here's some examples of scenarios you can build:
- Add Mailchimp subscribers from new Pipedrive contacts
- Add people to Pipedrive from Mailchimp subscribers
- Add Mailchimp subscribers from new deals or deals in any stage in Pipedrive

Our 2-way Pipedrive-Mailchimp integration can indeed sync Mailchimp activity in Pipedrive. More specifically:
- Outfunnel can record email sends, opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes in Pipedrive
- Mailchimp engagement can be recorded as Notes, Activities or updating a custom field. For example, when someone unsubscribes from an email, Outfunnel can change a "Newsletter subscription" field from "subscribed" to "unsubscribed.

Hi - the updated app is definitely better but as a B2B CRM it seems like a big gap to not be able to sync organisation fields. All of the fields are related to the person entity (e.g. email, first name, etc). The only thing that we are able to sync to Mailchimp at the moment is Organisation name. It is of pretty limited use if we can't sync other fields, including custom fields, from the linked Organisation over to the person's mailchimp record. Please add organisation field sync ASAP!

Syncing over Organisation fields seems like a reasonable use case indeed. (I know Outfunnel's Pipedrive-Mailchimp integration has these covered).
