Leads need a Changelog

It would be very useful if the Leads feature also had a Changelog tag available, like Deals, People, and Orgs do!

    This needs to be pushed to the front of the line. It's absolutely insane that we can't see this information. How can we scale and grow a sales organization where we have no visibility into what agents are doing with leads, who changed what, who changed ownership etc?
