I am actually building automation to convert lead into deals, with automatic allocation to the right pipeline, and at the ame time sending a confirmation email to th elead that they would be contacted soon. Eah of my Pipeline in Pipedrive concerns a team and each team has a sales manager, so I would like the confirmation email to be send by the Sales manager of the team. But for now the only email i could attach to the automation is mine. how could I change this ??

    Hello @Gwen LE TENDRE,

If you wish to have the emails from the automation sent out from the respective Sales managers, the easiest way would be to have the automation shared with all the sales managers. You can learn more about it here.

The important thing here is that the sales manager should take action to trigger automation. This means that even if you have shared the automation with all Sales Managers, unless the action, for example, lead converting to deal, that triggers the automation has to be done from the account of the respective user.

    I hope this helps!

@Tony Xavier Thanks for the input but it is a bit of a shame that as the admin of the system not to be allowed to create the automation for the team and being forced to ask them to trigger it themselves, at my level its already complex with 5 sales managers to contact and ask to trigger each individual automation created for them. But for my colleagues in france they would have to repeat this action for each park automation for the 29 sales managers and request them to trigger each single individual automations. Not the most userfriendly task to be
