Colleagues Emails send from my email box (EN/FR)

Hello everyone,

I'm having an issue with my automations. When my colleagues use them (even though I am not active in the process), the emails are still sent from my mailbox.

With the number of colleagues using them, this results in hundreds of emails being sent, which ends up blocking my mailbox. I can no longer send or receive emails because I exceed the limit set by Microsoft.

I don't know where the problem comes from, whether it's a configuration issue or something else.

J'ai un problème avec mes automatisations, lorsque mes collègues utilisent mes automatisations (pour lequel je ne suis pourtant pas actif), les e-mails partent quand même de ma boîte mail.

Avec le nombre de collègues, ca fait des centaines de e-mails, ce qui bloque ma boîte e-mail, je ne peux plus ni envoyer ni recevoir d'e-mail car je dépasse la limite fixée par Microsoft.

Je ne ne sais d'où vient le problème, si c'est un problème de configuration ou autre.

    Hi @Cyril-Himaya,

    It sounds like you may have these automations set to be triggered by other users but not shared with these users. When the automation is shared, each user will need to agree to enable the automation and then the emails will be sent from their synced email address instead of yours.
