We typically land a logo (org) and overtime expand into other branches of the same org. Each branch of that org (set up as a daughter entity) could have it's own dedicated customer success lead who would create activities and send emails. The problem we are starting to see is that the account manager for the parent cannot quickly see all activity in the parent view unless they take the time to navigate through each daughter entity. This is okay if it's one parent to one daughter. It's painful where one parent has mutliple daughter accounts. A solution would be great.
