Hello Pipedrive Community!
We integrate Pipedrive in business from 500K$ to 100M$ in annual sales.
Everything is smooth and most of our client prefer Pipedrive from most of the CRM available on the market.
I do have a big challenge when it comes to bringing peole from Outlook to Pipedrive for lots of reasons:
-Invites received from Outlook are not visible
-The search engine is not powerful enough
-No folders
-Poor filters
-Etc.
In my point of view, it would be the best thing to focus on those concerns before adding more gadgets if you want to attract bigger companies.
