I’m looking for the next step after Pipedrive; currently, we move through a sales process and rather saying Won, we then move the deal to a new pipe for production. 

This can mean the deal is alive for a long period and so doesn’t reflect a monthly turnover properly. Ideally, I would like pipedrive to allow me to win an initial deal and then to move it into a production phase but for this finish with a complete rather than the win option.

What systems do you use once the deal is complete?
