1.  How do users (management) schedule a task for another user?  Every time we try it--we are not able to see what deal the task is for
  2. Is there any type of add on for user messages back and forth?  We try to use the notes but there does not seem to be a way to notify or tag other users in the notes.  So if a sales rep puts a not in the system under a deal--there is no way for management to know that the message was for them.
