I export data from my Pipedrive account to visualize it in Tableau. I would like to know where the Recurring Revenue data is stored and how it can be exported in the form of a CSV/Excel.0

Hi @Amit Sarda our team is currently working on implementing the recurring revenue API endpoints. Would this help you already? Let me know and I can pass on your feedback to the team0

@Mike van der Valk Thank you, Mike. I manually export Deals and Activities data from the Exports page. Can the recurring revenue data be made accessible from the same page? A lot would depend on how you store this data though. I imagine there would be a separate table for Revenues data.0

Good question, and how can you manage the deal value of it? Pipedrive proposes only the value of first payment as deal value (If I'm not wrong..)

@Amit Sarda I need to pass this on to the team but as far as I'm aware it's not in the plans now. Hopefully we can do it in the future.0

@Mike van der Valk Thank you, Mike. Although a little information about how this information is captured in Pipedrive's backend system will help.0

Hi @Amit Sarda I can ask our devs, but can you clarify what you're trying to achieve, then probably they can give an answer that will help you the most is the upcoming API not enough when it's live?0

@Mike van der Valk I am not very familiar with using APIs unfortunately. I export Deals and Activities data from Pipedrive to visualize it in Tableau (https://public.tableau.com/views/PipedriveDashboardReportingTemplate/Menu?:language=en&:display_count=y&publish=yes&:origin=viz_share_link).
At some point, I would also like to visualize Revenues data. I have already had requests for visualizing Revenue data.0 -
@Amit Sarda I've passed on your suggestion for exporting that data but it's not planned immediately. You could see if there's a developer in here or someone you know/have worked with who can help you out when the API is live.0

@Mike van der Valk Thank you, Mike. I can explore tools like Dashdash or Postman when the API is live. But it could be another major task if I head in that direction.0
