Are you considering allowing automations to work with the import function? For example, uploading a list of deal IDs to trigger specific automations. Currently, bulk edit triggers automation, but bulk import would be more efficient for high-volume tasks like assigning products to multiple deals. e.g. I have 3 products that…
Is there a way to import leads directly into a pipeline segment?
It would be very useful if there would be a function for adding related organizations when importing data from a file. This could simply be done by connecting them via registration number, or even pipedrive ID, and it would not have to be done manually, one by one, or via API.
I can't seem to find a simple way how to export all of my contact information including the notes in one simple step. Can someone guide me on how to do it? Thank you.
I've used Zerobounce to clean my customer database, I've never done this in 12 years so I've got a lot of contacts that need removing, well over a thousand. Is there a way to match the contacts I want removed in bulk? I'm thinking uploading a list of contacts for Pipedrive to delete rather than import. Thanks Anthony
Greetings, I'm forwarding a question from my client. This is what my client saw when she tried to import Excel data to Pipedrive. At the bottom right corner, the mortarboard icon almost covers the submit button in the green box, and she sometimes hit that icon instead many times. I cannot replicate this issue from my side.…
I would like to suggest that followers be added to the bulk edit feature for deals, people, and organizations. This gives managers daily activity snapshots the following morning via email which is very useful.
Hi, I need to export files in jpg format. I manage to export the basic information in Excel where a link to the picture is displayed. However, I need to retrieve those pictures. Anyone could inform me how to do it? Thanks.
Hello there, I'm migrating from pipedrive to HubSpot and even though via import it brings some emails, it doesn't do it with all of them. There are limits on what gets synced, especially with retroactive emails. They say it's because of the way pipedrive stores emails but I don't understand. What do you recommend?
We up-load an excel import of our deals for the month ahead and these are spread across 4 owners. When we upload we map it correctly, in the test it looks correct, but when they appear in our deals list they only appear under my name (the importer.) Is there any trick to ensuring the 'owner' field is mapped correctly?
