@Katie Baker Dang, im sorry to hear about all the trouble you're having. Ive done a lot of research on my own about which Voip provider was the best overall and best with Pipedrive integrations and application. The current company I use is Called Simplii, They have been great to work with, 24/7 support here in the USA and the way it works with Pipedrive has been great, no issues. I got an email earlier this month from them that they are running a big COVID relief discount for new customers, the pricing is more than reasonable for how much you get with signing up. I would reach out to them and see what they can do for you.
