What are some of the best ways to keep an SDR team motivated? Aside from quotas, metrics, and other goals, what are some of the non-metric based mechanisms to keep each team member being empowered and motivated in their role?

I think the daily sense of achievement is interesting.

    And then enter the metrics

However, some geretes do not understand that metrics are also useful for SDR.

If SDR is only measured by your earnings, that's bad.

But if SDR can understand that in one day he did 40 activities, and that if he maintains this frequency, he will certainly reach his goal.

What is discouraging is that the SDR only knows how many meetings he has scheduled, and on the days he does not schedule he leaves thinking he is a loser, but if you show him the achievement of the day, email activities, he will be happier and more excited for another day of sales.

    Hope this helps.

I think, sharing a realistic goal with an achievable path is a good way.
