Wanted to convert TalkDesk missed calls that show up in our activities to leads so that we make sure that every call becomes a lead. We developed the automation between TalkDesk and Pipedrive so missed calls are converted to activities but we wanted to go to the next step and automate this procedure of creating leads out of these missed calls. Does someone have a clue about how to do this?

    You should be able to do this with Workflow Automation. You would create a workflow that is triggered by an activity being created. You'll need to include conditions to filter base don activity type and subject contains "missed". Then you can set up an action that creates a new lead.
