I don't know why but emails sent from within Pipedrive, which are one of the main activities a sales rep can do to move a deal forward, are not counted as an 'activity' on the deals listed in Pipedrive and do not update the "Last Activity Date" column in Pipedrive. It would be very helpful to be able to create an acitivity from an email that is tagged or associated with a contact. This would allow the information in the email to automatically be included with the Activity.
