I followed the instructions you outlined above. I got back a reply that says that Pipedrive no longer monitors that email address as a support channel. I'm only on a trial right now, but what good is this whole program if there is absolutely no ability to ask a warm body a question?

This is usually a browser-related issue. Make sure you have updated your browser and cleared cache and cookies, and you can try in an Incognito/Private mode or with a different browser. In addition, please disable all plugins and check if it works this way - we have seen some plugins (especially ones blocking ads) affect the chat sometimes.
