Pipedrive --> WhatsApp Integration
Hi Community!
Our platform, Quickdialog, allows user to manage conversations from email, social media and messaging apps directly from one platform. We've recently build an integration with Pipedrive for the WhatsApp channel ( other channels in the Pipeline!) and would love to get feedback from Pipedrive users on whether it would be of of use. We use the WhatsApp API so the integrations are endless!

More than the integration with Pipedrive, what I am excited about is the ability to share a single WhatsApp business account for communication.

1. Do I need to use Whatsapp for Business account? Right?
2. Will be Whatsapp conversation reflected in Pipedrive deal/contact?

1. Correct, user will need WhatsApp for Business Account (which we can facilitate)
2. Currently in development. When a conversation is clicked Resolved, customer information, conversation content, channel and topic (i.e. new booking / next meeting) will be pushed into Pipedrive. This will work for inbound leads and existing customers. That's the plan!

1. From your experience - how much time did it usually take to start using Whatsapp for business, including verification process etc?
2. Is it possible somehow to keep using regular Whatsapp, not business one?0 -

Thanks!1- There are pre-requisites before verification (i.e. your business being verified in FB Business Manager), having a number ready to use for registration. If these are already done, then verification from our end is reasonably quick. I.e. 1 week. Note: All submission approvals are at the discretion of WhatsApp.
2- WhatsApp Business (regular) and WhatsApp Business API can run alongside each other, however will need to use different registered numbers.
