How to stop autmated opening of new activity window?

Dear PD Community,

is there any possibility to stop the automated opening of a new activity window after finishing the last activity in the Deal? All new activities in our team will be created automatically in the future, so we don't need this feature. Thanks so much for your help.

Hi Julian,

Yes, but you need to have an admin access on Pipedrive and by deactivating this option it will affect all the company.

To do that, just go on the company setting on Pipedrive, and then :

• Company settings
• Activities
• Activate or no the "Show pop-up" option
• You can also specify in which pipeline the pop-up will show or not.
