    @Helena Parmask any update on this? Have you reviewed the "why" explanations? I think it's just about making fields available in the "Link" field when creating a hyperlink

    At this moment, the answer provided earlier by our product manager @Helena Parmask is still accurate: this is not on the immediate roadmap since the team is working hard on delivering other higher-priority email sync and email inbox improvements. It is important to note that it is not as simple an ask as it might seem at first, and will take resources that are now assigned to other improvements.

    While we can’t guarantee when this feature will be developed, I ask that you please continue upvoting and sharing your use cases if you haven’t yet. The more popular a feature request becomes, the more likely it is to be added to the roadmap.
