Hi @Frank Filippelli the mobile team confirmed this is something they are working on. Apparently there's something big in the background causing this. It's going to take a little of time but they are on it 🙏🏻 sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi everyone, you can now export phone numbers and emails in separate columns without having to use a spreadsheet's split text function. Here's how it works:

Hi all, thank you for looking into this issue and providing a solution!
I tried it out and here's what I found:
While the exported spreadsheet contains columns for the different phone types as indicated, the phone numbers are not populating to the correct column. For most contacts in my exported spreadsheet, all of the phone numbers populate to the "Person - Phone - Other" column, including those designated as Mobile, Home, and Work on the Pipedrive UI. For certain contacts, some of the phone numbers are populating to the correct column, but these look to be exceptions.
Could you please revisit this feature to see what may be causing this?0 -
Hi @RHackenmiller , thanks for the feedback! Our devs have been made aware and are investigating.

Thanks @Manuel Oliveira! I forgot to mention: a related issue to exporting the different phone types is being able to filter for them on the Pipedrive UI. It does not look like we are able to do that currently. Could you please raise this to the devs as well? Thank you!
