Live Chat : Offline/Online

The Offline script is triggered instantly (and not after the timeout) when no user has activated the "I'm online" status on their Pipedrive account. This is very useful to avoid waiting for a visitor on the chat outside of our company's opening hours.

Now my question is: how to automate the activation/deactivation of the "I'm online" mode on your Pipedrive account so that you don't have to do it every day when you connect to Pipedrive?

I see two possible solutions but I can't find them on Pipedrive:

- enter the hours/days of availability in the personal settings

- configure the ChatBot by proposing to indicate the hours/days when the live chat is available or not
