It would be helpful to have working hours on chatbot vs. just online or offline. The front end user doesn't know when to expect availability.
Today it is not possible to get a sound notification in Pipedrive or Chrome when a new person enters the Live chat on the web site. This is crucial to be able to detect a new chat.

When using Live Chat, it would be great to be able to schedule your availably to coincide with you working hours, for example. At the moment, you have to manually select Online/Offline but automating and scheduling this would be much better
