How do I update existing Pipedrive Deals or Person with a survey

Hi,

I have deals in my CRM, at a certain stage, I want to automatically send out a survey to collect additional data. Once the survey is completed (by e.g. google forms), I would like the data to feed the existing deal, or its associated person, with a note.

Is there any way to do this in Pipedrive?

I've got the same issue, best solution i've found is to use Make and reffer to a custom field to update the deal.

What is Make? I use Zappier

@Jesus Bosch Make/Integromat is a cheaper and more powerful alternative to Zapier (I am a Zapier Certified Expert).

If you can capture the deal ID and the person ID as part of the survey responses, it becomes a lot easier.
