Automatically Link Activity (Zoom Call) to Deal

Hi,

My leads are booking calls via a calendar link (e.g. Calendly or Motion; not the Pipedrive tool). But these calls are not linked with the deal. Is it possible to link these calls/activities to the deals similar how emails are linked to a deal?

You can do this using Make/Integromat.

@Maverick how are you syncing Calendly meetings to Pipedrive? If you used our Pipedrive-Calendly integration, this would automatically link the meeting to both Contact and Deal (provided there's one open deal for that contact).

Thanks. We use Motion as our main calendar link. The Calendar itself is Google.

I was hoping there will be some setting or automation within Pipedrive, that does not reply on an external integration but can work using the native Pipedrive-Google Calendar integration.

Any ideas?

Not really. We automated it with Zapier but it does not always work. Happy to hear if someone has other suggestions.

In general I find it very strange, that this is not available in Pipedrive natively. They can match emails to a deal so why not meetings?

As I have said earlier, you could do this using Make/Integromat or even with Zapier using a custom field for email at the deal level.
