When we send a quote/proposal to a client through the PipeDrive Smartdoc feature, we should create an automation that connects with Slack/teams/Asana or other software when the client signs the quote or even create a follow-up activity.
That way we'll be able to know and not miss any Signed documents. My team sends up to 50 contracts daily and receives around 50-100 emails daily.
