It would be great if multiple documents could be sent via one email from Smart Docs. This functionality exists in tools like Docusign but cannot be accessed by that integration.
I've used PandaDoc in the past to build out our quotes and get digital signatures on our proposals. But was curious if someone has built out something within SmartDocs to do this all in house? Or would it not be advisable for some reason I am missing?
Coming to the end of the year gives me a chance to reflect on my first year with Pipedrive. Moving from an inhouse app to something off-the-shelf was definitely a "one step back, two steps forward" scenario, and I really like where we are at the moment.
