Can I add a new Activity category?

I would like to add a couple more than just the phone, task, email, meeting, and lunch. If not is there a way to create a subcategory to differentiate between specific meetings, emails, etc.

Go to your Company Settings to find a tab for Activity Types where you can add/remove activity types.
