Has anyone worked out a way to send automated meeting reminders to the sales team?

I want to make sure the sales team don't miss any meetings. Obviously they shouldn't be! But is there a workaround to send a meeting reminder to the sales person e.g. the day before a meeting?

    Hi Kate,

First of all, create a collective email address for your team.

Create an activity --> add a delay --> You can send an email to your team.

    Example:

The meeting was scheduled for 20.06.2023 16.30. After creating a meeting event from the Events section and saying wait 3 days, you can send an email on 19.06.2023 16.30.

After sending an extra mail, you can send an email again before the last 1 hour to remind you.

You can implement it this way using automation. I hope this helps you.

    Good Works.

Hi. Thanks for your reply. However, I can only add in a specified time delay from when the meeting is put in the diary rather than a reminder based on the day/time of the meeting doing it this way I think?

    Hi Kate,

    Add Activity-->Delay-->Action-->Delay --> Action

This is how the automation you want works.

inacyakup your suggestion is absolutely useless!

As Kate has already explained, you need a timer that calculates the time remaining to the event, so that it is set by default.

The solution you suggest would imply having to create an automation for each single event created, calculating the necessary timing each time. Is absurd!

    Hi @pergatto -

The easiest way to accomplish this would be a third-party tool like Zapier. Take a look at this video for an example https://youtu.be/o7W3ME7cLmg

Please feel free to reach out if you would like additional support.
