How to get my chat 'live' ??

so I've successfully integrated the pipedrive chat into my website, however I want it to have 'live chat' enabled, but this seems to not be working?

can anyone help?


can't seem to get the chat box to edit in a way to set to 'live' I'd also like it to link to scheduling a video chat... is any of this possible, it turns out not to be a simple as I first thought when looking at all the features.

    Hi @Justina

    I recommend that you go to the live chat section using a chatbot. When users open a chatbot and switch to live chat, you will be able to access conversations in the live chat section in the Pipedrive/leads section.
