Addition with individual activities types in a formula field

Hi,

Im looking to count how many certain activities (custom activity) have been carried out along with duration so i can subtract it from a total hours figure to work out how many hours are left for a client/deal.

Does anyone know if this is possible and how you would implement it into pipedrive.

Any guidance would be appreciated massively.

    Hello @Ella 👋

    I suggest maybe trying out the Activity reports in Insights that show the duration of activities, I'll leave this here: https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/insights-reports-activities-performance

    Another possible idea would be using the Activity List view and applying a filter that would show you only done activities (for example) and you can also see the duration there. You can also try to export that information (added time + marked as done time for example) and maybe work with Excel on a formula that can do that calculation for you.
