Hi! This is not a feature that would allow a shared email where multiple members in the company would have the access and simultaneously worked with the same email. However, multiple email account sync makes possible syncing more than one email at a time. Please let me know if there are more questions on this.
Unfortunately, our solution does not support syncing in email aliases yet. As the first iteration of the feature we only focused on non-alias accounts. Syncing in aliases in something we are looking into, to assess its technical feasibility and explore if having this functionality would be possible in the future. Shared email is not available at the moment, but you can definitely set your emails as shared and they will be visible to other members of your company.

Hi, great feature. The lacking part is that even if we now can send emails from our teammates behaf, we cant get in their signatures, so it cant be used.

Still waiting with huge excitement on updates regarding the "from" fields in automations, when having multiple mail accounts. Without that option it is very hard for us to take full advantage of the multiple mail account functionality.
Multiple signatures is also important - but when using automations it is possible to live without the feature for now.
So do you have any information on a roadmap for that?

Please enable the ability to select from varied signatures via Pipedrive. Currently only one signature can be used.

When will gmail aliases be an available integration to pipedrive email. I REALLY WANT TO GIVE YOU MORE OF MY MONEY but without supporting gmail in this fashion, we cannot use the PD email to it's fullest and therefore the expense doesn't justify upgrading.
